CONCLUSION:

  • Differences in yield between P treatments were significant and consistent with Summit trials over many years in the area.
    K application should be a consideration depending on results of soil testing.

  • A P recommendation of 8-10 kg/ha and N recommendation of 30-60 kg/ha optimises yield and grower returns.
