Ralph joined Summit in 2008 and is a Fertcare Accredited Advisor.

After growing up on the family dairy farm in the Shire of Harvey, Ralph realised his passion for agriculture and went on to complete a Bachelor in Agric Sc. (Hons) from the University of Western Australia. Further studies while working has seen him achieve a M.Sc. Agric from UWA.

Ralph started his career in agriculture with the Department of Agriculture in Research and Extension before spending time in rural merchandise as an agronomist. He has a very broad range of agricultural skills and experience, having consulted with farmer clients and worked for a range of government and private organisations for over 30 years. Ralph says one of the most satisfying aspects of his job is the ‘one on one’ interaction with clients and helping them to achieve their agronomic goals.

Married with four children his interests outside of work include swimming, woodwork and hiking.
