Originally from Merredin, Saritha graduated with a degree from Murdoch University in 2016, majoring in Conservation and Wildlife Biology.

In 2019, Saritha started with Summit as a Field Research Officer and helped to plan, implement and analyse our crop nutrition trials for 3 seasons. In September 2021, Saritha moved into an Area Manager role, based at Wongan Hills.
